When it comes to the Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories for every class, the main thing to keep in mind is that each class values difference stats even though, with the exception of tanks, they’re all going for damage in the end.
That said, let’s get into the Dragon Age Inquisition Best Accessories for every class guide:Rogue – Dragon Age Inquisition Best AccessoriesAmuletsBeltsRingsWarrior – Dragon Age Inquisition Best AccessoriesDPS WarriorAmuletBeltRingsTank WarriorAmuletBeltRingsMage – Dragon Age Inquisition Best AccessoriesAmuletBeltRingsRogue – Dragon Age Inquisition Best Accessories
Whether you’re an Archer or a Dual Wield Dagger Rogue, your options when it comes to Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories are the same. You tend to be looking for 3 main things:
*Attack
*Crit Chance
*Crit Damage
There are a few differences between the two. Here are the accessories you’re going to want to keep an eye out for:AmuletsMalika’s Guard
If you’re playing as an Archer Rogue, Malika’s Guard is the definitive best Amulet available, and it’s not exceptionally hard to get. You can get it extremely early in Crestwood. It gives +10 Dexterity, +20% Attack and 30% Front Defense at the expensive of -50% flanking bonus. Since Archers aren’t typically benefiting from flanking bonus anyway, this is a no brainer.
To get Malika’s Guard, return to Crestwood Village after completing the Flooded Caves and unlock the house using the Deft Hands Inquisitor Perk.Superb Amulet of Dexterity
The runner-up for Archer Rogues and the best option for Dual Wield Rogues is a Superb Amulet of Dexterity, which can be acquired fairly early on by killing the High Dragon in the Exalted Plains. It simply adds +10 to Dexterity, which amounts to 5% Attack and 5% Critical Damage. The Eye That Weeps
The Eye That Weeps is the real best Amulet for Dual Wield Rogues, but it’s only available in the Trespasser DLC and because you can’t acquire schematics for accessories, that means you can only equip it for ~half a dungeon every playthrough. Nevertheless, it’s worth mentioning. It grants 10% Attack and then additionally provides 10% Attack Speed if you equip a second accessory from the set, which you should.
You get The Eye That Weeps in a chest in The Crossroads during the Trespasser DLC.BeltsMaster Belt of Focus
Because there’s an extreme dearth of offense-oriented belts, your best bet for a Rogue is the Master Belt of Focus, which increases your focus regeneration rate. The Bind That Guides (below) is definitively the best Rogue belt, but it’s only available towards the end of the Trespasser DLC.
The Master Belt of Focus requires the Jaws of Hakkon DLC and is available on a corpse NW of the starting camp in Frostback Basin. If you don’t have Jaws of Hakkon, you can use the Superior Belt of Focus which is looted from the High Dragon in The Hinterlands. The Bind That Guides
Another of the Trespasser Set Items, this belt gives +10% Critical Chance, which isn’t bad at all for a belt. Additionally, it helps you fill out your Taken Shape set bonuses, which include 10% Attack Speed and 10% Move Speed. You can also get 1% Lifesteal, but that requires equipping the armor, which is drastically inferior to the other armor options for Rogues.
It’s in a chest in the Forgotten Tower area of the Trespasser DLC which, like the other items in this set, means it’s only available for max 20-30 minutes at the end of a playthrough.RingsSuperb Ring of Flanking
For Dual Wield Dagger Rogues, the Superb Ring of Flanking is best-in-slot. Since you’re (almost) always flanking, it’s double the attack bonus of the Super Ring of Attack, so it tends to be the better option. There’s only one available and it’s looted from the corpse of the High Dragon in the Storm Coast. The Hand That Cuts
The Hand That Cuts is another one of the Trespasser DLC Taken Shape set pieces, and it’s basically an upgrade Super Ring of Critical Damage. It grants +20% critical damage in addition to the various set bonuses that you gain from equipping the other accessories in the set (which are all best-in-slot except the Amulet for Archer Rogues).
You get it from the Abandoned Chateau area of the Trespasser DLC.Superb Ring of Critical Damage
The Superb Ring of Critical Damage grants +20% Critical Damage and multiple copies are available. If you have over 50% critical chance, critical damage tends to add more overall DPS than Attack.
You can get one guaranteed in Coracavus in The Western Approach and another in one of the tombs in the Hissing Wastes. If you have The Descent DLC, you can find more randomly in chests in the Deep Roads.Superb Ring of Attack
When it comes to Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories for Rogues, you can’t go wrong with Superb Rings of Attack. They add 10% Attack and one can be found guaranteed in the Dwarven Tomb in the Hissing Wastes. Extra copies can be found randomly in Deep Roads chests if you have the Descent DLC.Ring of Slicing
The Ring of Slicing, which can be bought from the Black Emporium early on is a great option when it comes to Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories for Rogues, especially if you haven’t hit your target critical strike chance via your weapon crafting yet. It adds 5% crit chance and 10% crit damage. Superb Ring of Critical Chance
Superb Rings of Critical Chance are a great option in terms of Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories if your crit chance is still low. Most Rogues get more than enough critical chance from their weapons, which frees up your ring slots for crit damage and attack, but if you haven’t crafted your ultimate weapons yet, Superb Rings of Critical Chance are a great option.
They’re only available in the Descent DLC, so you’re not likely to get them early enough for them to be useful, but they’re worth mentioning.Warrior – Dragon Age Inquisition Best AccessoriesDPS WarriorAmuletMaster Stamina Amulet
When it comes to Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories for DPS Warriors, you’re generally looking to increase Stamina and Stamina regeneration, and the +60 Stamina you get from the Master Stamina Amulet is about the best you’re going to get on that front.
You get it from one of the loot piles left by a Fade Rift in Frostback Basin. If you don’t have the Jaws of Hakkon, you can find a Superb Stamina Amulet on the corpse of the High Dragon in the Hissing Wastes.Amulet of Renewal
The Amulet of Renewal, which you will find on the corpse of Ishmael in Emprise du Lion if you have the Trespasser DLC installed, increases Stamina regeneration rate. This is another great option when it comes to Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories for DPS Warriors.Amulet of Death Syphon
If your DPS Warrior is a Reaver (likely), the Amulet of Death Syphon, which regenerates Health and Stamina whenever a nearby enemy dies, is another fantastic option. For Reavers specifically, this is probably the best option since it’s so in-line with their play style. However, it doesn’t provide much, if any benefit, during most major boss fights, so that’s something to keep in mind.BeltSuperb Belt of Urgency
The Superb Belt of Urgency is the best offense-oriented belt option when it comes to Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories for DPS Warriors. Unfortunately, this belt is only available towards the end of the Trespasser DLC, so you won’t be able to make use of it for very long.
Before Trespasser starts, as long as you have the DLC installed, you can use the Enhanced Belt of Urgency instead, which you get from completing the war table mission “Upon the Waking Sea.”RingsSuperb Ring of Attack
When it comes to Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories for Warriors, Superb Rings of Attack are usually the best-in-slot option. Unlike Rogues, DPS Warriors don’t typically stack crit chance to 50%+, so Attack and Critical Chance tend to provide more damage than Critical Damage.
Super Rings of Attack add 10% Attack and one can be found guaranteed in the Dwarven Tomb in the Hissing Wastes. Extra copies can be found randomly in Deep Roads chests if you have the Descent DLC. Superb Ring of Critical Chance
Superb Rings of Critical Chance are a great option in terms of Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories for DPS Warriors. Unlike Rogues, Warriors don’t typically stack Critical Chance to obscene levels on their weapons, so extra Crit Chance from your rings is a great damage increase.
They’re only available in the Descent DLC, so you’re not likely to get them early enough for them to be useful, but they’re worth mentioning.Ring of Slicing
Once your Rogue has outgrown the Ring of Slicing, you might want to throw it onto your Warrior for a while if they haven’t already filled their ring slots with Critical Chance or Attack rings. The Ring of Slicing provides a significant damage increase for DPS Warriors and is a higher priority accessory for them compared to Rogues.Tank WarriorAmuletMaster Cooldown Amulet
There is only really one great option for Tanks when it comes to Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories, and that’s the Master Cooldown Amulet, dropped by Hakkon in Frostback Basin. Lower cooldowns for a Tanking Warrior translates to more Guard and more uptime on Taunts.
If you don’t have the Jaws of Hakkon DLC, your next best bet is a Superb Cooldown Amulet, which is looted from the Arcane Horror mini-boss in Chateau d’Onterre in The Emerald Graves.BeltMaster Guard BeltDragon Age Inquisition More Skill Slots Cheats
For best-in-slot belt options when it comes to Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories for Tanking Warriors, there is only one undisputed best belt, and that’s the Master Guard Belt which is located in Frostback Basin behind the door in the NW area of the map that requires 12 shards to enter.
The Master Guard Belt increases maximum Guard by 40. If you don’t have Jaws of Hakkon, the next best thing is the Superb Guard Belt, which you loot from the corpse of the Highland Ravager in Emprise du Lion.RingsSuperb Ring of Staggering
Tanking Warriors don’t get much use out of most of the largely offense-oriented rings available in the game. When it comes to ring slot options for Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories for Warriors, Superb Rings of Staggering are your best bet.
One can be found in Chateau d’Onterre in The Emerald Graves, and others can randomly be found in The Deep Roads if you have The Descent DLC.Superb Ring of Sundering
Another nice ring option for Tanking Warriors in terms of Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories is the Superb Ring of Sundering which gives them a chance to apply a nice on-hit debuff that helps your whole team.
Two of these are available. One is in the Colossus Tomb in the Hissing Wastes. The other is available from the Broken Window side quest in the Fade during the main quest Here Lies The Abyss.Mage – Dragon Age Inquisition Best AccessoriesAmuletAndraste’s Sacrifice
When it comes to Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories for Mages, Andraste’s Sacrifice tends to be the best-in-slot amulet, especially for Knight Enchanters. Andraste’s Sacrifice gives 10% Cooldown Reduction and increases Mana Regeneration, but it also makes your Mage randomly Taunt enemies. For most mages, that’s a drawback, but for Knight Enchanters that tends to be another benefit, turning them into a serviceable off-tank.
For Knight Enchanters, there’s no contest. This is the best amulet around. For other mages, it’s still probably the best amulet since its drawback isn’t that bad and its positive effects are roughly double what any other amulet offers.
Andraste’s Sacrifice is in a chest in Villa Maurel in The Emerald Graves.Amulet of Renewal
If you don’t want to deal with the taunting mechanic on Andraste’s Sacrifice, your next best option is the Amulet of Renewal, which gives the mana regeneration of Andraste’s Sacrifice without the cooldown reduction or the taunting effect.
If you have the Trespasser DLC, the Amulet of Renewal drops off the corpse of Ishmael in Emprise du Lion.Amulet of The Mage
If you don’t want to deal with the taunting mechanic and you don’t have Trespasser, you’re stuck with the Amulet of The Mage, which gives +5 Willpower and +5 Magic, which basically works out to 5% Attack. It’s bought from the Black Emporium for 15075 gold.BeltSuperb Belt of Health
Since there are no good offense-oriented belts, your best option for the belt slot when it comes to Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories is a Superb Belt of Health. Mages have low health and the other defensive belts available are generally specialized to one kind of defense (Ranged Defense, Elemental Defense, etc). The Superb Belt of Health is universally useful and tends to be the best survivability increase available for your Mage.
The Superb Belt of Health is found in The Emerald Graves by following a treasure map found in Watcher’s Reach.Master Belt of Focus
The Master Belt of Focus is the only offense-oriented belt which makes it worthy of mentioning when it comes to the Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories. Overall I’d still probably recommend a Superb Belt of Health on your Mage, but this option is there if you find you don’t need the additional survivability.
It can be found on a corpse NW of the starting camp in Frostback Basin or if you don’t have the Jaws of Hakkon DLC, you can find a Superior Belt of Focus, which is only slightly weaker, after defeating the High Dragon in The Hinterlands.RingsRing of Doubt
When it comes to Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories for Mages, your best-in-slot ring option in far and away the Ring of Doubt, which is looted from a corpse in the Exalted Plains during the side quest “Something to Prove.”
The Ring of Doubt makes your Mage automatically go into stealth when not attacking and automatically crit from stealth with a 20% flanking damage bonus. It’s a significant damage increase.Superb Ring of Attack
Like the other DPS classes’ ring slot options, when it comes to Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories, Attack and Crit are king. I tend to prefer Attack for Mages, especially since the Ring of Doubt offsets some of their need for Critical Chance.
The Superb Ring of Attack increases Attack by 10% and can be found in the Dwarven Tomb in the Hissing Wastes. If you have the Descent DLC, you can find more of them randomly in chest in the Deep Roads.Superb Ring of Critical Chance
Superb Rings of Critical Chance are a great option in terms of Dragon Age Inquisition best accessories for Mages, just like they are for DPS Warriors.
They’re only available in the Descent DLC, so you’re not likely to get them early enough for them to be useful, but they’re worth mentioning.Ring of Slicing
Your party’s Mage is another great option for holding onto your Ring of Slicing. The Ring of Slicing provides a significant damage increase, boosting both Critical Chance and Critical Damage.
It can be bought in the Black Emporium fairly early on.
